Our third day welcomed our partners from the Euthanasia Prevention Coalition (EPC) and Pro Vita & Famiglia.
From the Alex Schadenberg, President of the EPC, on September 4th;
"Canada has become a key reason for other jurisdictions to oppose euthanasia. The euthanasia mentality has quickly become ingrained within our culture. The Euthanasia Prevention Coalition provides our world-wide contacts with up-to-date Canadian stories and data.
I recently wrote articles about the propaganda campaigns by the euthanasia lobby, who are promoting the cultural acceptance of euthanasia. The euthanasia lobby use stories designed to change the law where it is not legal, and they use “good” euthanasia death stories to promote euthanasia where it is legal.
Last year I started running to get into shape. I began by struggling with short distances and slowly built up my strength and stamina. On October 6, I will be running in a 10 km race. Please sponsor me by making a donation to the Euthanasia Prevention Coalition. Your donation will encourage me and help prevent euthanasia.
In the next few months, I will be speaking in Campbell River and Victoria (BC, Canada), Edmonton and Calgary (AB, Canada), Port Elgin, Cornwall, Guelph and Ottawa (ON, Canada) as well as in Michigan and Delaware (USA), and Rome, Italy. Italy will be debating euthanasia later this year."
MaterCare International also held our news conference, addressing the question "What is the future of Catholic health care?" Note: This news conference was live streamed and is now available in video at: https://www.pscp.tv/w/1PlJQVnojkzxE
