Administrative Assistant

I graduated from Keyin College in October 2005 with a diploma in office administration.

I started with MaterCare International on February 22, 2010. My responsibilities include, maintaining the filing system, ordering supplies and answering phones. I also book travel when required. I arrange meetings for both boards and assist the accounting clerk when required.  I am also responsible for making sure our records for donors are up to date and sending out appeals three times a year. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my son and family.
